Commercial License

This license is for Clothing, Transfers, Fabric, Sublimation, Wholesale and Packaging Businesses who will be selling between 100 - 500 end products/ yards using ONE single file.

This listing enables you to license the seamless artwork from ONE single listing in our shop. The actual artwork must be purchased separately.

◡̈ this does not allow rights to  associate Us in any shape or form with any licensing problems if it may occur  

The following is prohibited under all licenses:

✘ Claiming this design or any part of it as your own

✘ Re-selling, licensing, adding in your own elements or redistributing the original digital files

✘ Creating and selling new seamless patterns, clipart, digital paper or scrapbook paper using any of my graphics/patterns

✘ Using this pattern as-is to sell on any print-on-demand websites (such as Spoonflower, Redbubble, etc.)

Upon purchase, you are granted exclusive or non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork as outlined above. All copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by The Social Stickers and The Social Stickers Enterprises Inc. You may not claim the artwork as your own.
